APPOINTMENT

The rack is intended for storage of blocks of letters and the figures used in the course of stamping of registration plates on press of PU-230 and PU-400 participating in production of the state registration signs of vehicles.

Structure

The rack for blocks is executed from a steel plate. Components of a rack are soldered.

Properties

The rack for blocks is established on the press, is fastened by screws to the press case. Blocks of letters and figures invest in cells of a rack. Each of cells is intended for different type of blocks of letters and figures. Each cell places from 2 to 4 blocks depending on block type. After stamping of the registration plate the operator of a press postpones concrete blocks in certain cells. It considerably increases productivity of process of stamping of registration plates.
